Torn near the Zip
In my first use, the small one’s portion ear the zip torn off. I never ezpected such a liw quality from American Tourister. Have tralled loutside the country and need to find out if i should get this fixed or ask for Return.

Nice bag but the default lock code was not working
Overall, the bag is nice, but the default lock code, 000, wasn’t working. After trying different combinations, I found that the correct code is 090.

Issue with the number lock
It is a lightweight carry on suitable for international flights. I have two main issues with the product: (1) the telescopic handle is not sturdy and wobbles a lot (2) the number lock is faulty. After setting up my custom code it seems to change itself to a near by number. Tried multiple times with the same outcome. Not sure if it is with the particular piece that I got or is prevalent in general.

Not so good purchase
The product is good in terms of stability, make, color and looks. But like my previous purchase -a cabin luggage by American Tourister ( Kamilliant), there is defect in the interior of the suitcase . The compartment partition chain zipper is defective. I didn’t return/ exchange it due to logistic issues. It’s better to purchase offline from showrooms for meagre discounts online . Moreover the suitcase was delivered in a casual plastic case

Bad number locks
Found it of poor quality. The number lock didn’t work on the first trip only. Had to run around in a foreign country to somehow get it opened. Couldn’t lock it for the rest of the trip. On returning when we locked it , it again didn’t open so had to go to suitcase shop to get it opened and he said the lock is bad. Don’t think will purchase another American tourister again as never have faced these issues with any other suitcases we have.

Digital Lock and strolley puller
The digital lock is inoperative and faulty. Even after setting up it is changing randomly to any number combinations, hence not good and worth.Additionally the strolley puller/ handle also inoperative. It doesn’t slide inside once pull out.
