At our online clothing store, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Therefore, we have created a cancellation policy online shopping for our customers to ensure that our customers understand the process and their rights if they need to cancel an order.

Order Cancellation

 

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellations after processing your order. Also, if your order has already been shipped, we must keep it.

 

Refunds

If you cancel your order before it has been processed, we will issue a full refund. If your order has already been processed but has yet to ship, we will issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. If your order has been shipped, we can only issue a refund once we receive the returned items.

Return Shipping

 

If you need to return items that have already been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs.

Exceptions

We do not accept cancellations or returns for personalized items or items that have been worn or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, be sure to get in touch with us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

Changes to Order

If you need to change your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing your order.
