Trolley handle is quiet loose. Didn’t like the quality of wheels and handle. Colour us very cool. U can carry 3 days of clothes and related stuff in this small bag. When this bag was delivered it was locked. Couldn’t find out the unlock number as need to take help from YouTube video. Very disappointed. As safari set the default password as 000 but I was alrdy being set to 100. Found out through YouTube video. Didn’t have small zip pocket in bag as it is there in other trolley bags to carry small stuff. Light in weight. Performance is quiet not good. Zip quality is nice.

Perfect cabin Trolly bag
Perfect looks , features , shape and size with 8 wheels and 360 degree rotation and long stretch handle .I bought it at price of 1799 which is justified for the quality , looks and the brand .If you have reasonable budget, go for it ..There may be some options under 1500 also but quality , features , brand and ease of use and sturdynes does matter.

Warranty is activating after lengthy try
After receiving the product I tried to activate 5 years international warranty through scanning QR code and also by web site but nothing could happen. Getting message internal error and tried through e warranty app but it is shown no warranty is available.

Size of the suitcase is not as shown in the ad
Size in the ad was shown as 26 inches. But actual length is 24 inches. The size of 26 inches displayed in the ad is , if we measure including wheels. Hence actual usable area is only 24 inches. It’s not expected from reputed brand as Safari

Got these carriers delivered yesterday. The looks are splendid. The fit and finish is worth the the money(though I feel they could be a tiny bit better, you could say that they achieved 99.999% of customer satisfaction, just missed 0.001% due it). So far so good. I purchased rubber wheel covers seperately to reduce the noise levels at the time of rolling.Will share more details after usage.

Product delivered with scratches
The outer surface of the bigger check in trolley had minor scratches. Maybe it would’ve happened during the transit. Kindly give extra protection and cushioning while transporting the package from the retail company to the customer.Also I was expecting the TSA lock to be there for this business range product. But it is not there 😞. Have to buy separately. I didn’t check it while ordering. The product is flexible which also gives me fear while getting piled up during bulk transit at the aircraft. Let’s see, it claims that 5 yr warranty is there. So if anything worse happens, we have the opportunity at least within these 5 yrs to get it repaired.

I have purchased 66 cms suitcase(red) and 55 cms (blue), red one received in its original carton box in perfect condition but the blue one received in thin transparent polythene cover..Medium(66 cms) suitcase feels little heavy even after having thin and delicate type body.. Wheels are good and no noise and the texture on body also good and might not be that visible if any scratches occurs though they mention its scratch proof, but the small one wheels aren’t that sturdy(4 wheels are better than 8 wheels as 4 wheels are curved to sustain bumps and uneven surfaces)..The zippers, retractable handles and the entire body should’ve more sturdy and better quality. Red colour suitcase is looking awesome, lock code changing is easy with the help of provided slip and warranty registration also a breeze by scanning QR code on the warranty note..My Novex Large Suitcase which was bought in 2015 is more premium feel with sturdiness. Hopefully it lasts for long as we travel rare, overall a satisfactory purchase and recommended if your budget is below 3k💐👍🏻
