In the offline store the Tolerance is 0.020 +- instead of Tolerance is 0.050 +-.Also the purity is arroud 99.84 when I tested it in the store.I would like Malabar to give us exactly the same product what they usually sell in the offline stores.

Buying gold online itself is a iffy decision for many. Add to this a brand such as Malabar which gives so many adverts provided a product with poor packaging. No documentation or certificate. And no serial number too. How will I know if it’s actually genuine or just a piece of metal? Pathetic service really. The phone number present in the back is not working also. Really Amazon should delist such sellers.

No HUID no
From what i understand from April 2023 all gold sold in India must have a HUID no but on May 2024 , i bought a 2 gram gold coin thro Amazon from Malabar gold and diamonds but i did not see any HUID markings in the gold coin or anywhere in the package which makes me doubtful about its authenticity.

Risky purchase
No invoice shared by Malabar on the letterhead. Other sellers provide a proper invoice for gold purchases online.Further no solution received for query raised and neither is the invoice shared till date. Buying online from Malabar seems a little risky and there would be no invoice available with us when we go to sell the same.
