The product is good. Colour and finish also great. My friend uses this and that’s why I bought one on his recommendation. Let’s see how it handles my various trips. I hope it lasts atleast 4 to 5 yrs. It feels a little delicate. You won’t get the sturdiness of a samsonite at this price.

Faulty lock
Lock played up since first use. I couldn’t return/replace the bag due to being overseas and it can only be returned on Indian address.So I had to go through it’s global warranty and got a replacement Tsa lock set through post which I installed myself.

Fake Damaged Product
The number lock doesn’t work. Even after setting the password the lock doesn’t open or randomly open after the 100th attempt.Or the seller sold damaged product. The customer service numbers are all defunct. So don’t expect any warranty as promised. Fake product by seller. Don’t associate with American Tourister.
